Sausage Stuffing for Thanksgiving


Ingredients:

1 lb. Kuhn's bulk sweet Italian sausgae
12 cups bread cubes
3 sticks celery, chopped
1 large onion diced
1 stick butter
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
One cup chicken broth

Preparation:

Brown the sausage, then drain and set aside. Cook the onions and celery in the melted butter until the onions and celery are tender. Place the bread cubes in a large bowl, add the pepper and poultry seasoning. Add the onion and celery mixture, eggs, sausage, raising and cheese. Lightly toss with enough broth to moisten.

Bake covered in a two quart casserole in a 325 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes or stuff the stuffing into the turkey to cook. Enjoy!
